Welcome to the Philanthropic Inn, Pontywaun. A local family run public house serving great beer and a great friendly atmosphere.
There is always a regular event going on which can be any thing from live music to the Ascot Day or the Christmas Market. With a fantastic beer garden and outside bar you will always find a place to relax and enjoy a drink.
Local Fact: The Philanthropic is often referred to as "The Traff" no one knows why... but if some one tells you to go to the Traff this is your place :)
