Cwmcarn Institute -Room Bookings
Cwmcarn Institute currently offers two rooms for hire for you parties or events.
The Function Room
A large open plan room with wooden flooring and a small stage area.
- Seats 80 very comfortably
- 2026 prices are £20 per hour
The Lounge
A smaller more intermate room lovely for a quieter area on its own or in conjunction with the function room.
- Seats 20 comfortably
- 2026 prices are £15 per hour
Both rooms
- To hire both rooms together is £35 per hour

The Function & Lounge Room
Both rooms can also be hired together. The rooms do have a "Hatch" that can be taken down to have a view to both rooms. At the Institute we often use the Lounge area as a quiet area or a place to have a coffee.
